With Appreciation

The Directors of the Faculty for Occupational Therapy at the University of Haifa bestowed a Certificate of Appreciation to the Occupational Therapy Department of the Achiya Developmental Center in Elad. In the certificate they expressed their appreciation to Achiya for the excellent instruction they provided the OT students during their internship at the Center.

 

This is the seventh year that Achiya has worked together with the University of Haifa to train future Occupational Therapists. This partnership begins with first year students coming to Achiya to observe OT therapists in action and concludes with interns receiving their final training prior to entering the field. Several of the students who interned at Achiya eventually joined the department as full-fledged Occupational Therapists.
