Do you know why birds can sleep on a wire, and never fall off? I don’t, but that’s because I did not participate in any one of Achiya’s 16 mother-child learning events in Holon. Amidst laughter and giggles, with hands smeared with glue and paint, the children learned about the Center of Gravity, and returned home with a fun toy – you guessed it: a bird balancing on its perch.
