The SPECIAL Initiative

Achiya is presently registering participants for its Special Morning Initiative for mothers of children with Down syndrome. The program consists of weekly fun and relaxing pool activities, workshops with Sharon Moscowitz, social worker and parent educator, and light refreshments. The program is highly subsidized by Achiya and offered as a service to the community.
